The security deposit is $1500 and is fully refundable at the end of your lease, providing there are no damages to the home or the neighborhood.
- Are utilities included?
No, the resident will cover all utilties. Lawn care will be included with rent. - What is the pet policy?
We have a 2 pet max. Dogs under 75lbs ok with breed restrictions. There is a $50 monthly pet fee, plus a $100/pet deposit. Please contact our office for more details. - Is the building secure?
Yes, each Reverie Home has the Ring Door Bell System, designed for extra security and convenience.
